How to Use

Use spatula included to scoop balm. Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using your fingertips to breakdown all makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil and massage again. Rinse well with lukewarm water or wipe off with face cloth or tissue.

Love this brand!!

I received a sample of your product in a popular beauty box. I had never used a balm before, so I tried it and fell in love!! It goes on like a dream and washes off so clean, I couldn't believe it. Recently, I ran out and I didn't want to wait so I went to the store and picked up another popular brand...BIG MISTAKE!!!! It was super greasy and would not wash off my face (versed) so I'm back and loving my balm!! Thank you!!

Changed Formula

I've been purchasing this product for more than 5 years. To save money I cut down my routine to the bare essentials and this this cleanser was always top of my list as it made such a noticeable difference. Since the formula change I wouldn't recommend it, like others have reviewed the new formula irritates my skin and the fragrance although not strong is noticeable. I buy 5 jars at a time, I thought I'd been delivered fakes at first, sadly all 5 had to go in the bin it was so bad. It's such a disappointment to see an amazing product be changed so much. I hope you bring back the old formula.

I've left my email so if you do ever go back, please let me know, I've been looking but haven't found anything on the market that comes close to what it used to be.

Good cleanser

The cleansing balm is effective at melting away makeup and it does not irritate my skin which is good for me. However, it can feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin. Pretty good in removing heavy makeup. I prefer non-scented ones though. Some balms have strong scents that I am a bit sensitive to

اشتريته اكثر من مره لا يزيل المكياج بالكامل واحتاج ان استمر في تنظيف البشره بعد استخدامه ولكن لم استطع الاستغناء عنه بالرغم من ذالك لانه يزيل المكياج الثابت وصعب التنظيف مثل احمر الشفاه الثابت والكحل ضد الماء يزيله بكل سهوله ونعومه دون ان تتاذى البشره
