All return/exchange inquiries must be submitted to orders@banilausa.com within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please reach out to orders@banilaco.com with your order number and the products you would like to return or exchange. Complimentary free shipping is not applicable to product exchanges.

Sometimes tracking information will be marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Please allow some time for the carrier to be delivered within a few days. It's most likely on its way to you, but please check with your neighbors and/or post office for information in the meantime!
