Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $30 or more to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders under $30 are subject to a standard shipping fee of $4.99.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 PM EST will be processed the following Monday. Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping to 48 Contiguous States
- Carrier: USPS Ground
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days
- Standard shipping fee: $4.99 (free on orders of $30 or more)
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
- Orders of 1 lb or under: $15.00 flat rate
- Orders over 1 lb: shipping cost varies based on weight and destination
- Estimated delivery: 11–15 business days
- Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to Puerto Rico at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@banilausa.com and we will work with USPS to resolve the issue promptly.
