How to Use

Use spatula included to scoop balm. Gently massage in circular motions onto dry skin using your fingertips to breakdown all makeup and residue. Add water to emulsify the oil and massage again. Rinse well with lukewarm water or wipe off with face cloth or tissue.

Not what it used to be

I am a longtime user of the Purifying Clean-It Zero & was a huge fan of the product. It removed makeup from my sensitive skin without irritation or other issues. As others have noted, the new formula (now called Calming Cleansing) is not the same. It contains a fragrance & irritants that cause my eyes to water like when I'm exposed to allergens & makes my skin react. I'm really sad to give up this product, but I can no longer use it.

The best balm that does not burn eyes !

I love the way it melts away makeup. Specially eye makeup and does not burn eyes. It protects the sensitive skin around the eyes and does not require much scrubbing or rubbing.

Best Makeup Remover on Earth

This is the absolute best makeup remover I have ever used. It's gentle on my skin, doesn't burn my eyes and easily removes long wearing makeup, mascara and best of all, lash glue! I use strip lashes and I struggled to find a product that would remove the lashes without pulling out my natural lashes. With this product, they slide right off. LOVE IT!
