I've been purchasing this product for more than 5 years. To save money I cut down my routine to the bare essentials and this this cleanser was always top of my list as it made such a noticeable difference. Since the formula change I wouldn't recommend it, like others have reviewed the new formula irritates my skin and the fragrance although not strong is noticeable. I buy 5 jars at a time, I thought I'd been delivered fakes at first, sadly all 5 had to go in the bin it was so bad. It's such a disappointment to see an amazing product be changed so much. I hope you bring back the old formula.
I've left my email so if you do ever go back, please let me know, I've been looking but haven't found anything on the market that comes close to what it used to be.
The cleansing balm is effective at melting away makeup and it does not irritate my skin which is good for me. However, it can feel a bit heavy for those with oily skin. Pretty good in removing heavy makeup. I prefer non-scented ones though. Some balms have strong scents that I am a bit sensitive to
اشتريته اكثر من مره لا يزيل المكياج بالكامل واحتاج ان استمر في تنظيف البشره بعد استخدامه ولكن لم استطع الاستغناء عنه بالرغم من ذالك لانه يزيل المكياج الثابت وصعب التنظيف مثل احمر الشفاه الثابت والكحل ضد الماء يزيله بكل سهوله ونعومه دون ان تتاذى البشره
I’ve been using this line me for years for my sensitive skin and nothing even comes close! The price is fair as well, my face feels sooo clean afterwards.
This is my second purchase for this product. My local store that i usually buy it from no longer carries the cleansing balm purifying so I ordered off of Amazon. My original purchase contained the one I've been buying for years that does not irritate my face. The second purchase is different. Its the cica-relief calming cleansing balm. This new formula is blue not white in color and contains a light fragrance. Its not the same formula so for anyone who may be sensitive to fragrance be cautious. The original purifying cleansing balm seems to now be replaced for the calming cleansing balm and you will be confused when you purchase because it has the same packaging. The difference is the green cica-relief name on the bottom which the old purifying formula does not have. The original product is good for removing makeup and doesnt irritate my skin I'm hoping the second works equally the same. I dont like fragrance in my skincare and the cica relief one is slightly fragrant.
